Returns and Refunds Policy

At Natura, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully to understand how to proceed.

Return Eligibility

Items can be returned under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the date the order was received.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags and in original packaging.

Return process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via our contact page or at contact@natura-boutique.com to let us know of your wish to return your order.
  2. Pack the items carefully in their original packaging with all accessories and documents included.
  3. Send the package to the return address that we will communicate to you by email.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or if an error was made in the order.

Inspection and refund

Once we receive your return, we will carry out an inspection of the item. You will be informed by email of the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10-45 business days (depending on your bank).

Trades

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot guarantee the availability of items for exchanges.

Defective items or order error

If you receive a defective item or if an error has been made in your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will provide you with a returns number and instructions for returning the item free of charge. You will have the choice between a full refund or a replacement of the item.

Exceptions and remarks

  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds may take longer to appear in your bank account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
